Jay Passmore FNP-C; grew up in El Paso, TX where he worked as a Paramedic for 12 years, before moving to the Chattanooga area in 1998. He graduated from Chattanooga State with a nursing degree in 2001. After gradation he worked in the Emergency Room at Erlanger Medical Center then flew as a Flight Nurse with Air-Evac Lifeteam for 13 years. He earned a Masters Degree in Nursing from Southern Adventist University 2014.

Since graduation he has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in Emergency Room in Cleveland, TN before transitioning to Dermatology with Dr. Susong in 2018. He loves the practice of medicine and helping his patients get better. He lives in Birchwood with his wife Julie, and in his off time enjoys flying, and working around the house.
